My approach is integrative and holistic, honoring the fullness and complexity of who you are. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and Consultant. I specialize in helping you understand the somatic and physiological expression of emotional pain. Using a blend of mind/body techniques, including Brainspotting, we will work gently yet powerfully to help you find lasting peace and balance.
